#TBT Abuja Post: Rich Kids, Mtcheeew (i'm not a hater)

If one is not careful, you can drift from all your values and morals in this town it’s so easy because the competition is in the air we breathe, everybody wants to be their own definition of successful; we want to be respected so we chase money because money brings respect. Some of us that have it rough will hate, envy even avoid the rich kids in this town who have never had to worry about money since they were born because their parents have stolen all the ones we are supposed to hustle for. (more after the cut)

These kids are mostly politicians (and businessmen) children who are fresh af, studied abroad, done masters there, driving Jaguars and Bentley's, living luxuriously having parties in private jets and spending like there’s no tomorrow and they have never worked in their lives. They are even worshiped by some of us who are even older than them but just for connection, we take rubbish because most can be quite rude. With the luxurious and enviable life style, it’s hard for the ladies to say no when a man who is older than their father comes to spoil them, because they want to be on point too, its hard as well for the brothers who sleep with their mother’s age mates for connection and benefits. You wan blame them?  Majority of these rich kids have proper drug problems and their friends get hooked too because of influence. Life in Abuja is not easy for the not so fortunate, if your faith is not strong enough or your surname is not a familiar one, mehn you dey on your  lane o.  Na Naija cause am.
If you're reading this and you're one of them, Bye.
